So, you want to lose weight quickly and you have been trying a lot of weight loss methods out there that promise you that you will lose weight in months. But a lot of those weight loss programs just aren't delivering what they are promising right?
The real reason you are not losing weight in most case is this: You do not have the right info and you are following diet that just isn't for you - you need something fun and you need changes.
I know how it was when I first started out trying to lose weight too...I tried a lot of stuff, but I just couldn't do it. I couldn't resist the temptation and follow their plan because it was just too hard.

Losing weight is hard! You will need help and here are some tips that will help you achieve your weight loss goals:
1. Take before and after photos.
I know it sucks to see your before photo but I guarantee you that it will be worth it. Taking after and before photo can serve as motivator and one day you will look back and smile at what you've achieved.
2. Join an online support group.
Seriously, you need to join a place online that have people that are also trying to lose weight. I suggest you Google "weight loss + forum" and find a forum that you like and register there. You then can communicate with those that are also on the same path as you and help each other achieve their own weight loss goals.
3. Tell your family.
You just simply can't lose weight on your own...you could but chances are that you will give up sooner or later. You will need support from your family and friends to achieve your weight loss goals. I highly encourage you to tell your family about it and tell your friends - please don't tell those that you know will bring you down and make fun of you.
4. Go public.
Admitting the problem in public was the first step for me on the path to my weight loss goals success. I was now accountable for my actions, and all my friends knew what I was doing. Here is something that you can do: Create a thread on your selected weight loss forum and declare that you will lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks or whatever.
Update that thread each day with your result and what you're doing. People will encourage you along the way and you will feel great!
5. Set realistic goals.
Setting a ridiculous goal like "I want to lose 50 pounds in a month" is a little ridiculous and chances are that you won't succeed and you will only disappoint yourself. Start with small goal like: Losing 1 pound a week...then move on to bigger goal once you achieve it: 2 pounds a week...3 pounds a week.
These tips will help you on your way to a healthier life if you decide to act on it today. Please don't be like most people...living in mediocre and procrastinating...you know that you were meant to do something great in life - so start walking today and change your lifestyle little by little!
